Some warranty programs require the customer to pay a deductible directly to the service center at the time of the repair. Our customers are advised of their deductible at the time they initiate the claim. The repair center is responsible for collecting this deductible directly from the customer. If the customer refuses to pay the deductible, the service center can then refuse repair service and advise customer to contact Centricity.
You must provide Centricity an estimate for the total cost of the repair if the repair cost exceeds the repair amount listed. Service Center can provide the estimate via email or over the phone to our claims department or dedicated agent who sent the authorization for approval.
