Come-to-You Repair, Pocket Geek Home, Device Protection and CTIA Certification Highlight Significant Momentum for Franchisees

For those who purchase a pre-owned mobile device from CPR online or in-store, additional protection is now available on select devices that covers mechanical breakdown, accidental damage (including drops, spills or cracks) and unlimited repairs up to the purchase price of the device.

Additionally, CPR’s repair experts have earned yet another technical certification for meeting the highest standards for service quality and technical skill in repairing electronics. CTIA, the premier wireless industry association in the U.S., has awarded CPR technicians the Wireless Industry Service Excellence (WISE) certification for their ability to provide consumers with a consistently high-quality repair experience.
