To qualify: You must have 1 year phone repair experience, and some prior sales and customer service experience. We are seeking talented technicians with the right attitude, a mindset for growth, a love for technology and strong attention to detail and problem solving. All Repair Technician hires undergo an assessment period of 2-3 months to ensure the position is the right fit before full time employment is extended. During the assessment period you will need to demonstrate the ability to learn and execute repair jobs, thrive in a fast paced environment, manage work flow and maintain a clean and efficient work environment. This technician position, the hire can move between 2 locations: Back Bay and Downtown Crossing as needed.
